Our client is one of the worlds leading suppliers of innovative, powerful and customisable Facilities, Property and Performance Management software. Headquartered in London, they deliver solutions to organisations around the globe that manage a broad spectrum of performance, delivery and service environments. Due to continued growth they now require an experienced Sales Manager to be based in London.
As an experienced Sales Manager you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities [both new business and account management] throughout both the UK & Ireland. This position is responsible for managing and mentoring the sales team in order to maximise revenue, profitability and growth in line with our client's targets, vision and values. In addition, as an important part of the management team you will establish growth plans and strategies to expand the client base and contribute to the development of training and skills for a growing sales team.
The ideal Candidate will be educated to degree level and posses a minimum of 3-4 years sales management experience from with the facilities management or IT solutions arena. Candidates must be results-driven with strong motivational skills and leadership qualities. The successful candidate must also be able to effectively communicate both up and down the line, lead by example, delegate responsibility and take ownership for sales performance.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 40-50k with an uncapped OTE of 80-100k plus an additional benefits package.
